HOW WE WORK
At Bridger Ops, we build a unique relationship with each client and tailor our services to align with your company’s path to success.
For the first three months, we’ll assess your needs and create strategic and tactical plans on an hourly, time & materials basis. This initial phase also includes setting up systems, tuning up or fixing your systems, and creating an infrastructure to enable efficiency and growth.
After the initial phase, we prefer to establish a fixed monthly fee for services provided, with quarterly compensation reviews to ensure that compensation is commensurate with the value we are providing.
We typically work on a month-to-month basis and do not require long-term contracts. We will always strive to keep you happy and prioritize your satisfaction and business growth.
